SUPPLEMENTAL LIFE |
This plan offers insurance on an employee payroll deduction basis. Guarantee issue amount of 1X – 6X annual salary up to $2 million for full-time employees, $150,000 for spouse and child coverage up to $10,000. 100% employee paid. (Metlife) |
