Skylla Engineering, LTD’s compensation program objectives are intended to attract and retain highly qualified employees in support of the company’s mission, vision and values. Applicable labor market data is reviewed on an annual basis to assess market competitiveness. Compensation includes both the salary paid for a given position and the fringe benefits that are associated with the position. Fringe benefits include the following:

GROUP BASIC LIFE 1X annual salary up to $1,000,000 for full-time employees.  Provided at no cost to the employee.  (MetLife)
BASIC AD & D

Included in Group Basic Life.  Provided at no cost to the employee. (Metlife)

SHORT- TERM DISABILITY PLAN

All active, full-time employees obtain 60% of their basic weekly earnings, maximum $2,308 weekly.
Provided at no cost to the employee.  (Aetna)

LONG -TERM DISABILITY

All active, full-time employees obtain 60% of their base monthly earnings, not exceeding $10,000 per month.
Provided at no cost to the employee. (Aetna)

SUPPLEMENTAL LIFE

This plan offers insurance on an employee payroll deduction basis.  Guarantee issue amount of 1X – 6X annual salary up to $2 million for full-time employees, $150,000 for spouse and child coverage up to $10,000.  100% employee paid. (Metlife)

401k - SAFE HARBOR PLAN

Full-time and Part-time employees are eligible to participate and are vested the first day of the first full month.   Employer matches up to 4% of the employee’s contribution.
